Conflict In the Workplace ILT

Challenge:  Conflict naturally arises when individuals are working together. It is present at every company and business. 

Solution:  This training was created to inform employees about what conflict is and how to effectively manage conflict in the workplace. 

Results:  This training is instructor led and will soon include facilitator and participant guides.
