Social Media Job Aid 

Challenge:  This job aid was created to accompany an eLearning course about using Facebook for marketing a small business. The client was not having successful customer engagement on their social media page. 

Solution:  This job aid give employees a reminder about the types of posts they are expected to use.

Results:  This job aid is simple and to the point. It can be printed and distributed to employees or hung in a break room or office as a daily reminder of the expectations.
